We are Newburgh. we are strong!

We are many and want to live in a clean beautiful environment, if we all get together attend meetings and get this foundry in shape we can enjoy it more.. let’s put some positive vibes out there and stay Abreast of the future of our historic building..

Mansion in the hood

My roommate and I live a dicey area in Newburgh, NY - once known as the "murder capital New York." Newburgh gets a bad rep, and rightfully so. However, we have grown to love this town. Our gorgeous apartment is located in an old factory turned apartment building. We have 7 foot windows, a high ceiling and 2 full baths (which was a real game changer for us). The living room is spacious with deep red walls and a gray accent wall. Wooden floors in the living room, hallway and first bedroom and... beautiful tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Most importantly, the apartment building is very secure.
