This place is so outdated. The roads in the summer are pothole city and in the winter it's an ice rink because it's never plowed but the rent goes up every year by 3-5%. The neighbors that have been there for years are an entitled headache and will report you over anything. This new blonde property manager is very uneducated on how to manage and doesn't handle anything correctly. Sometimes overcharge you and claim you didn’t pay. Do not rent or try to stay here if you like doing anything... outdoors. You can't have a pool, you can't bbq, no music in the home of it has bass, no hanging clothes outside, no playground or basketball hoop in your yard so if you have kids good luck because they are gonna fine you about everything.
