Do not rent
Avoid renting from this landlord or this place. It’s mold-infested, and the landlord doesn’t care about the residents or the property. He’s never around to take care of anything, so you’re wasting your money here.

Trinkous Manor Apartments
Large bedroom and bathroom. Nice kitchen appliances and cabinets. Air conditioning doesn’t cool below 80 in the daytime and takes all night to cool to 75 by morning. That’s if it doesn’t shut down at night.
