How Is This Rating Determined?

DO NOT RENT OR BUY HERE

Went to view 2 units for sale. My agent said to park at the bottom lot near the pool. Saw 2 units was gone for no more thank 30 mins. Came back to my car towed.

No sticker ,nothing! Charged me 200! Towe guy tried to say something called sounds fishy. There was no car in the spot I was parked in and had some really called they could of easily parked in one of the empty spots until my car moved.
