Just a number

If your credit score is not 750 or higher do not bother to apply. If you have the money to pay your mortgage and monthly maintenance fees, will not make a difference.
You will spend the inspection fees , bank fees for mortgage lawyer fees, application fee etc....just to have them not accept your application. The bank gave me a mortgage but the Co-op has rules and it has to do with credit score...

Hope others learn from what I went thru...
