Dumps!
Terribly small closet-like apartments. Horrendous reputation for drugs. Very low class. They're honestly dumps.

Careless
Landlords do not care how many times water in tub and toilet back up. Mold growing in walls of every apartment. Please be careful especially with young children

Poor management and upkeep
Management wants to do very little to this place. Apartments are old and put together on the fly. Outside looks great. Inside not so much. No outside lighting on porches. No lighting in foyers. Doors damaged. Ask for painting. Nothing done. Interiors fresh paint but holes left in walls. Bathroom dirty. Shower old and crusty. Tile floors broken. Rot in ceiling. Lots of patchwork. Nonworking plugs or switches that go to nowhere. Paint left on wood floors. Tap water dirty and milky. It could go on... .
On the positive side, near Millbrook and quiet except for when neighbors play loud music after normal hours or just not courteous.
