Buildings are unkept, smell and are a health and safety concern. Management screens their calls aka never answers the phone. Nothing is done when requested. No parking available for tenants even when being charged for a spot. I could go on and on. PLEASE save yourself.

I went for a tour, and while the leasing rep was friendly, this complex is not what what is advertised. You can tell money was spent on that website/marketing. The apartment shown did indeed have an updated kitchen but I noticed small things, like the outlets have rust? Or some sort of orange stain coming out of it. The wood of the balcony deck is so old it’s gray. Not even brown, you know, the color of wood. It certainly looks unsafe to stand there. The parking situation seems to be a mess… and the managements way of solving that is towing cars? And even if you pay for a parking spot, there’s a chance you’ll have to park at the guest area after certain hours , since the spots near the actual homes are full. Also, not appealing. There’s a massive hill you have to walk up from the parking lot to the Buildings. Also, I heard from someone I know, that people regular sneak into the pool because they leave it unlock. For all the fees and rent you would pay - it doesn’t didn’t seem worth it. The photos looked nice but it’s incredibly underwhelming. I hope the building, under new management, fixes their issues. This property is in severe decline. They are unsafe and dirty. These pictures do not represent the condition of the property. They will charge you an additional recreation fee for substandard facility.The new management company Lincoln Properties has allowed the local manager to run this into the ground. I advise you to look at safer, cleaner communities elsewhere.
