Luxury Appearance, Declining Quality and Poor Management
Despite the building’s modern appearance, management does not value its residents.
The quality of the building and resident experience has declined significantly over time. A prior management company that residents generally respected was replaced years ago, and since then the focus appears to be on cost-cutting and profits rather than maintenance, service, or resident satisfaction.
Management now seems to change constantly (every few months), and rules are revised almost monthly, creating... confusion and unnecessary stress. Residents are charged an amenities fee, yet promised events happen rarely and are poorly executed. Many amenities look new but are frequently broken.
Maintenance issues are ongoing: poor water pressure, recurring pipe leaks, leaking washers, and extremely low-quality flooring that requires frequent replacement under normal use. Soundproofing is extremely poor - you can clearly hear neighboring conversations, televisions, and everyday activity.
Cleanliness and security are also lacking. Dog waste is often left in the garage and not cleaned. Packages—sometimes expensive—are regularly left unsecured in the open and many go missing. The management office is largely unhelpful, and front desk coverage is inconsistent despite being advertised.
Given these ongoing issues, the unusually high number of glowing reviews does not align with the lived experience of many residents and should be read with caution.
This building markets itself as luxury, but day-to-day management, maintenance, and resident support do not meet that standard. Many cheaper options exist nearby and likely deliver higher value.
