Previously lived at Meadow East for a few years. All my communication went through Bryan and Robin and any concerns were addressed immediately and professionally. I’ve been living at Meadow East Apartments for over two years, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. From the beginning, Robin, Bryan and the entire management team have been incredibly responsive and professional. Whether I had a question or a maintenance issue, they always responded quickly—usually within a few hours—and made sure everything was taken care of properly.

The community is peaceful, safe, and beautifully maintained. The landscaping is consistently well-kept, shared spaces are... spotless, and the laundry facilities are always in perfect working order. The neighbors are welcoming, parking is plentiful, and the location is excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and bus station.

I have been living at Meadow East Apartments for a couple of years now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The most outstanding feature of this community is the peace, quiet, and tranquility of the open space. It's a perfect environment for anyone looking to live in a calm and relaxing setting.
The houses themselves are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. Several windows overlook a beautiful green open space, making the interior feel bright and connected to nature.... It’s the ideal setting not only for me but also for my cat, who absolutely loves watching birds and lounging by the windows.
The location is incredibly convenient—with Save A Lot, Price Chopper, McDonald’s, Dollar Tree, the UPS Store, a nail salon, Burger King, and an Asian buffet all within walking distance. Having everything nearby has made daily life much easier.
The rent is quite reasonable and affordable compared to other neighborhoods in Potsdam, making Meadow East a great value for the comfort it offers.
The neighbors here are respectful, cultured, and well-behaved, which adds to the positive atmosphere. The maintenance team is also exceptional—always punctual, patient, and fully committed to their work.
As for the landlords, Bryan is cheerful, easy-going, patient, and very well-mannered. His partner, dear Robin, is attentive, responsible, and especially responsive during emergencies, which is truly reassuring.

Needed to stay in Upstate NY for business for two years and found Meadow East through a contact in Manhattan. It couldn't have been more perfect. I was on the road a lot and having Robin and Bryan look afte4r the place  meant I didn't have to worry about anything. the three times I had issues, of which two were on a weekend, they went out of their way to really help and problem solve, even though one of the problems was completely not their fault.I also paid my rent on time every month and left... the place as clean as I found it, and got my security deposit back, in full, in 2  1/2 weeks.
