Stunning place to live, from the view out of my unit, to the high ceilings I feel like I’m living in luxury. The amenities are impressive, I’m very excited to use them, and icing on the cake is everyone I’ve interacted with so far is incredibly nice, whether it’s the leasing manager or other tenants everyone seems so kind. What a wonderful place to live

Bugs solution and additional parking could raise my rate to a 5. I’ve been here for a year and truly love the community and the building as a whole. From the friendly maintenance team, cleaning team and neighbors I have no complaints. My only downside is that when we lose parking space due to street events I have no parking to move to in front of our building.

So the building itself has been very welcoming. Neighbors are always friendly and maintenance guys are always willing to help. The fire alarm situation has gotten increasingly better. However the parking situation is incredibly annoying especially around when The Academy has events. As a resident and someone who pays the $30 a month for parking, it’s super annoying when there is no available parking when there’s random events at The Academy, just wish something would be done about that because... it’s truly frustrating and as a resident I shouldn’t have to consider parking at the parking lot across the wine bar, it’s unfair.
