New year, new management, better things coming. Thanks for having us.
Elevator, Fire alarms are the only downside to noise/inconvenience at this time.
Maintenance team is very attentive and friendly
Communication through office teams have improved.

This place is terrible from the pests to the stuff that goes on outside to the fire alarms that go off more often than not from 2-5 in the morning. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, transportation, and daily necessities. Communication was smooth, and any questions or concerns were handled promptly.
Overall, this is a great place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable apartment.

I love the apartment!!! Anytime I have an issue with pests or anything like that maintenance comes really fast.And they take care of it. The neighbors are friendly.
