This building is terrible. Not only do the fire alarms go off often and for 10-20
Minutes at a time, but the communication from the staff is terrible, it’s basically non existent. The building is not clean, the washing machines are almost always out of order. There is always something. For the price, it’s not worth it. It’s expensive and there is nothing “luxury” about this building.

Being someone initially opposed to studios in my search, this place quickly changed my mind. The apartment is beautiful! And spacious! New appliances. Modern and renovated, yet charming, spaces—incredibly tasteful. Amazing amenities. Near variety of amazing food (burgers, pizza, BBQ, coffee, french, asian, and more) and nightlife (R&R, Academy, GK, King’s Court), and a seasonal farmers market!
The team here is incredibly helpful, accommodating, communicative and more. Neighbors are so friendly... and neighborly.
Couldn’t recommend more.
