The comfort or rights of neighbors must not be interfered with, including annoying sounds, odors, and lights. Parties are not allowed on the premises, and quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the unit or on the property. No additional people will stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. The guest must return all keys, fobs, or garage access cards upon leaving the rental and is responsible for compliance with all trash recycling regulations. No parking on premises except in permitted areas. The guest must notify Management immediately upon discovering water leaks in the unit and maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the unit. Long-term guests will supply and install all light bulbs for the unit but will leave all installed light bulbs when vacating the unit. Drinks should not be put on the surface of furniture, and coasters are provided to prevent damage. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. No pets without written permission. The minimum age to rent is 25. The guest must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival and pay all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to the guest’s fault or actions. The guest will be expected to cover replacement costs if any damage is found in the unit.
