No parking is allowed on premises except in permitted areas. The guest must notify Management immediately upon discovering water leaks in the unit, including, but not limited to, a toilet or faucet running or dripping, clogged drains, or cracked or leaking pipes. The guest must maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the unit. Long-term guests will supply and install all light bulbs for the unit but will leave all installed light bulbs when vacating the unit. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. No additional people will stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. The guest must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival. The guest must pay all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to the guest’s fault or actions and will be expected to cover replacement costs if any damage is found in the unit.
