Couldn’t even get a response for a VIEWING

i made an appointment for an apartment viewing, was handled very rudely over the phone when i asked to make it for 12 pm and was told “well my break is at 12 so you’re gonna have to come at one” well when i went in at 1 the door was labeled to say she came back at two from her break at ONE, when my apartment viewing was scheduled. i left a voicemail and to no surprise, there was no call back and no explanation. very bad management, cannot even schedule a apartment viewing correctly and very VERY… rude

Great experience

I moved in March and since then I had a few minor problems left after I moved in how ever it did take a few weeks to get fixed but it's fixed so there is no complaint management is wonderful sweet and kind and maintenance do a great job . I love my apartment and the area.

chili gardens

Dirty laundry holly is very disrespectful, flooded floors on lower floor ,loud neighbors that had bad history with cops maintenance sucks ,they don’t care about their residents just a waste of money don’t live here

Terrible

The convenience of the location does not out way the negatives. Loud neighbors using drugs (heavy odor throughout building), excessive moisture in lower unit requiring a dehumidifier to prevent damage to personal belongings, lights that constantly flicker, security doors that don't work properly, dirty laundry area, storage area “secured” with chicken wire, and it takes weeks and multiple complaints to get maintenance to look at an issue and they might not fix it.

Manageable..

poorly done renovations. Loud neighbors. Lower units experience some flooding. A/c unit broken. Close to target and wegmans which is a plus. Friendly staff.
