Grecian Gardens Apartments

I rented a 2 bedroom apartment & it was large and has plenty of closet space along with a quiet environment. I loved everything about my apartment because these units are much larger than more expensive contenders. Sure, the units are older and might not have modern updates, but everything works and the management is great. Mature trees made my experience even better. I’d say the only things I wished I had would be a balcony & garage. However, these apartments units are extremely affordable... compared to any others. Good memories were made here, and hopefully I can return here someday soon. Laundry cards are rechargeable and can be filled with cash or credit at the leasing office location. Storage lockers are available for most units. My apartment was clean when I moved in & the same when I moved out. You’ll get your security deposit back if you actually maintain your place!!!! Quiet, spacious, everything is good in the apartment, I love almost everything about it . Just wish there were lights in every room.

these units are absolutely gross. every time they repaint, they just paint over dust and dirt. we found the old tenants garbage behind the fridge and in other places. we have had a leaky ceiling for 5 months now and took it into our own hands to get it tested, IT IS BLACK MOLD!!!. property management told us "not all black mold is dangerous, javier knows what he is doing and will fix it". theres always someone selling drugs outside the building and smoking weed. dont even try to bring up... concerns to management because they will basically laugh in your face. we have found used needles by the dumpsters and theres always people either sleeping by them or digging in them. I moved in September 2022 & moved out February 2023 because i couldn't stand to live & continue paying rent somewhere where they don't care about their tenants, they never resolve issues you bring up, there's mold, the security doors were broke never needed to use the key to enter, it was absolutely terrible. Worst move of my life! Don't walk, RUN away from these apartments!

If you like being eaten Live by bed bugs, rats chewing through your groceries, seeing your local crack head smoking outside in the parking lot even potentially catching aids by stepping on the never ending needles on the ground then Grecian Gardens is for you!
