Worth Renting

This building is only a few blocks away from the busy night life at the corner of East Ave and Alexander St, as well as the cute shops and restaurants on Park Ave, but is far enough away that you still wake up to the birds chirping in the tree outside your window. This older building brings charm to its apartments which have hardwood floors, 9 foot ceilings and decorative wooden frames around the windows and doors. The studios have ample room with a separate kitchen that fits a small table and… chairs. Maintenance is only a phone call away and has responded promptly to any of my calls. The only down side is the off street parking and the elevator in the building needs a few tweaks to keep it working properly.
