Worst apartment experience
This is the worst apartment experience I have ever had. I don't even know where to begin this place is a nightmare.
To begin the apartment building is not sound proof by any means you can hear the apartments beside you, below you and above you not to mention you can hear everyone out in the hallway as well. There are supposedly "quiet hours" which was never enforced as i could hear people running down the hallway at 3am in the morning screaming and yelling. Not to mention the neighbors above... and beside me were constantly banging on walls aggressively anytime I closed my doors because the building has ZERO sound proof. It took 7 full months to get my shower fixed that was leaking 24/7 and had no hot water. Once I finally got it "fixed" you can see the photos were the end result of their "handy work". I should mention mantience sanded inside my apartment which if you know anything about plaster wall dust you have to scrub it out of everything... furniture, walls, linens etc all had to be scrubbed and washed. I included a few photos of their "work". It took 3 days for me to clean it all up because you can't just dust it up. They consistently left huge messes that i was required to clean up after them.
The quality of the apartment was pathetic. The windows don't sit in the window sill, the flooring was ripping up, the toilet above my bathroom leaked for the entire year that I lived there, they painted the tub and sink which peeled up in a matter of 3 weeks and were rusting. Maintence "fixed" all those things multiple times which their version of fixing things is equal to putting ducts tape on everything... should I even mention the rats in the building?
The leasing office has a funny way of pretending they care. I moved out over 2 weeks ago at this point and am still waiting for my security deposit that takes "3-5" days to process... if you ask them for anything it's always "corporates" fault. I'm starting to think that's a convenient excuse for not doing your job properly. Even if none of this deters you from renting from them at least consider the fact that its not just the building that's the problem. The area in general is in a very loud location and multiple cars have been broken into both inside the "secure" parking lot and infront of the building. It's becoming a regular occurrence to see smashed windows of cars.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.
In response to the noise concern you reported, a building-wide notice was issued at the time. We did not receive any further communication about... continued disturbances or neighbor conflicts, but we’re always open to addressing additional concerns when brought to our attention.
We acknowledge the delay in repairing your shower and regret that the issue was not handled properly from the start. We brought in Ryan Plumbing to resolve it, and a credit was issued for the inconvenience. We apologize for the issues you experienced with our previous maintenance team. We recognize that the service fell short and have since improved our team to ensure better quality moving forward.
Other concerns, such as the leaking toilet and rodent activity, were not reported during your stay. We take these issues seriously and would have addressed them promptly had we been notified.
Move-outs are processed at the beginning of each month. Since your keys were returned a week early, your move-out was completed on the standard schedule. Security deposits typically take 3-5 business days to process after that point and are issued by the accountants in our corporate office.
While we can't prevent crime that has been an issue city-wide, we’ve added parking arms, on-site security, and gated off the property.
We truly value resident feedback, and we’ll use your comments to continue to improve.
