OK, but....

If you have a maintenance issue, they don't communicate when they are going to fix it and if you ask, the maintenance supervisor will make excuses and speak condescendingly to you, hang up the phone on you and then when he does show up, he will re-start the whole condescending process and then walk away without fixing the problem.
