Pennwood Apartments-Penfield

The are of the apartment is in a convenient location, although in the past couple of years, the apartment complex has become less safe. A lot of car breaks in and suspicious activity around certain apartments buildings and parking lot area. It would help if more lights were placed around the apartment complex since there are areas that are really dark and unsafe to walk at night time and also aid for suspicious activity in the parking lots/garages.

Pennwood Apartments

My boyfriend and I lived here for 3 years and it was a great apartment. Nice trial in the back. Close to stores. Loved our neighbors and when contacting Katie or the handy man team : Greg and Phil, they always acted quickly.

A Beautiful Place to Live!

Penwood Apartments in Penfield, NY offers great value and amenities! Some of these include, on-site management, on-site maintenance, upgraded kitchens and baths, and an in-ground pool. All in a beautifully maintained, tree lined setting. This complex is a real gem.
