Poor Property Managment
The property itself is in terrible condition. Needs a lot of upgrades such as painting the hallways and exterior. Although the ad says Smoke Free, It is NOT!
There are residents that sell drugs literally right in front of you as you are warming up your vehicle in the parking lot. There are no Security Cameras. Most of the exterior doors for the residents to enter into their apartments are literally made of plywood.The maintenance staff are not qualified to do most of the necessary repairs. Take... a number when it comes to any repairs needed in the apartments. If you're looking for low income rent, Bloomfield Gardens is the place but remember, you get what you paid for!
