Management doesn't care.
There isn't enough parking for everyone. People do drugs in the buildings, management is notified and they do nothing. Heaven forbid anything should break on the weekend as their maintenance crew works only during the week. Which includes snow removal. The buildings are outdated and don't have the security features required by law. But hey, I guess rent is cheap for a reason. So if you're a drug addict on public assistance, I guess this is the place for you. Otherwise I would suggest... staying FAR away from here.

Wonderful location
In beautiful country setting, right between NT, Lockport,and Niagara Falls. Same day maintenance service has been really encouraging. Very nice neighbors and quiet. Nicest apartments I've ever lived in.
