If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional fee of $75, which covers 8 hours of pool heating scheduled during the daytime. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee.
Nestled between the North and South Forks, Shelter Island is a tiny island accessed only by ferry from either Greenport on the North Fork or North Haven on the South Fork. Known for its natural beauty, hiking, biking, bird-watching, and some of the most breathtaking kayaking in Suffolk County, the entire island is approximately 27 square miles.
Playing loud music is not allowed at this property. Guests are asked to keep backyard noise to a minimum, especially if traveling with children, to ensure a respectful environment for neighbors. The entire property, including the main house, guest house, and pool house, is exclusively accessible to guests. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
