Don’t Expect Your Security Deposit to be Returned!

I moved out & asked the manager to let me know if I can expect my full security deposit returned to me & she said yes after inspecting the apt., in 4-6 weeks. I moved out on Nov 30, 2020. I’m still waiting for my money in the last week of February, 2021! When I called them they told me they mailed it out on Feb 1. So they LIE to you too! I only moved around the corner so it’s not like the check is being mailed out of town. That’s another thing, they mail the check to your old address... knowing you don’t live there! They have my new address because I gave it to them two weeks before I moved. I would not recommend this place to anyone! There’s not enough parking for all the tenants so that’s an every day struggle. The people that mow the lawn blew the grass all over my nice car, there’s cigarette butts all over & nobody picks them up.

Not Bad for a First Apartment

You pay for what you get, but that's not exactly a bad thing! This was the first apartment I lived in after moving out of my parent's, I wanted to stay in Spencerport but did not want to live in a house that was broken up into apartments. This place you get a rather small apartment but it's a good size for just 2 people. The best part is that all the utilities are included (minus cable/internet) so adjusting to bills wasn't overwhelming. There is laundry on site, it's right in the village and... has access to everything someone needs.

The only downfalls would have to be that parking can be stressful since some people have more cars than they should so the spots get filled up by 7pm and there's no side walk connecting the two parking lots. Also, it's an older building so you can hear footsteps easily if you live on the bottom apartment and if you are not a fan of smoke....you make smell others cigarettes from time to time.

Overall it's decent for your first apartment and adjusting to new life!
