Woodgate Place

A truly pet friendly complex. The complex needs new siding on all of the buildings and general maintenance. That being said, Tri-City Rentals is trying to upgrade each unit slowly. I have newer windows and doors , so my energy usage is quite low. The air conditioner is also newer and the apartment stays quite comfortable. The pool is clean and the tenants are respectful of the space. The complex is now smoke free and it is a nice change. No more dealing with other’s toxic smoke. Because of this... , I plan on staying in my unit for the foreseeable future. Maintenance staff are top notch and personable , as is the office staff. The staff here is amazing. Issues are resolved immediately and the staff is always very friendly. An example, my water heater broke at 5:30am. In 4 hours the staff had replaced the water heater, removed the water, cleaned up the basement and even hung my rugs to dry. Customer service is a high priority here!
