The screened-in porch overlooking the backyard has a six-seater hot tub, mood lighting, a sound system, a lounger, and a rack of pool towels. The freshly updated kitchen includes state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and a large table with enough seating for six. A high chair is available for your use as well.
Cribs are available upon request. All outdoor amenities are available seasonally, from around May 15 through October 1st; grill included.

Parties are strictly prohibited and outside guests are not allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized use of the home will result in immediate removal without a refund and guests will be held liable for any damage. Please respect our neighbors and drive carefully on the roads nearby. No loud noise is allowed from 9pm-9am. No smoking is allowed and there will be a fine of $500 if the smoking rule was not followed. Lost keys will incur a $175 penalty fee. Early check-in or late check-out that is unauthorized will incur a $300 penalty fee.
