The game room downstairs comes with modern couches facing a 75-inch flatscreen TV with an Xbox console, pool and foosball tables, and a bar. The screened-in porch overlooking the backyard has a six-seater hot tub, mood lighting, a spectacular sound system, a lounger, and a rack of pool towels. The freshly updated kitchen includes state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and a large table with enough seating for six. A high chair is available for your use as well.

Suffern, NY is a beautiful scenic neighborhood rich in history and the gateway to the Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area. Drive around to see famous landmarks, such as Suffern’s Tavern and Lafayette Theatre. There are also many charming family-owned shops and restaurants in town, serving up all kinds of delicious cuisine. Suffern will give you the true great outdoors experience with an incredible network of hiking trails in Harriman State Park and Bear Mountain State Park. Kakiat Park is a much-loved local park that is just a short drive away and boasts a lake and hiking trails ranging from easy to moderate with beautiful views. Nature-lovers will also enjoy beautiful lakes, rivers, and ponds that Suffern boasts. Golf courses and equestrian centers are abundant in the surrounding areas. You can also hop over to Torne Valley Vineyards for wine tasting. Bear Mountain and several other ski resorts are all within a short drive. Parties are strictly prohibited. Outside guests are not allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized use of the home will result in immediate removal without a refund and guests will be held liable for any damage. Please respect our neighbors and drive carefully on the roads nearby. No loud noise is allowed from 9pm-9am. No smoking is allowed and there will be a fine of $500 if the smoking rule was not followed. All guests are subject to a background check. Grill is available from mid May to September 1. Lost keys will incur a $175 penalty fee. Early check-in or late check-out that is unauthorized will incur a $300 penalty fee.
All outdoor amenities are available seasonally, from around May 15 through October 1st; grill included. A starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and soap is provided.
