Brook Manor Apartment Homes

I had been talking with them since September about coming to see an apartment and it is now October. I told them that I needed to be out of my current place by October 27th. They kept making me wait as nothing was ready to view. Now they say there is nothing available until November.

After a hellish experience toward the end of our 11.75 years at our previous residence, following a change for the worse in its management, we looked for about 6 months before we found a place that met almost every item on our list of requirements at a price we could afford. During the discussion phase we were treated with respect and made to believe we would find a welcome home at Brook Manor Apartments. We have not been disappointed. The one item that was a small concern because my spouse has... some disability issues were the stairs... 3 into the building and 7 once inside. Outside didn't seem like a huge hurdle, as the banister is very sturdy, and on both sides. We asked if a second rail might be put in at the indoor steps and before we knew it, there it was! Now, just 3 months after moving into a bright, clean place with new carpet and a new stove, our refridgerator went on the blink... the same day that management heard about it, a brand new one arrived and it is silently cooling our food at this very moment. If being just a short distance outside the city limits in a nieghborhood with public parks and pool, some shopping, and regular Centro service is what you are looking for, I highly recommend you inquire with the folks at Brook Manor. They clearly lay out your & their responsibilities in the lease, and they expect you to live up to your end of the bargin.
