The Treasury

I have loved living here at The Treasury. It has been an absolute pleasure. The fitness center and attached parking garage are awesome amenities to have. The building continues to see improvements as well. It really shows how committed the property owners are to having a high quality property.

This is a beautiful apartment complex in a historic building at a great location downtown. They maintained the historical personality of the building itself while still providing modern units and amenities. The staff has been kind and helpful from the beginning, and the residents are all friendly and respectful. The building and parking garage are well-maintained and secure.

I immediately felt right at home here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Treasury to others.

Great location! Apartments are VERY well appointed. Even though they are on the smaller side, they feel much bigger than they seem. Having an attached garage and on-site fitness room are huge pluses to living here. Building is secure by video doorbell that is controlled by you to allow visitors and deliveries into the building. Management is doing well to continue updating the building. It is a great place to live if you like the feeling of living in the city with various festivals and events… happening right outside your apartment. I really enjoy living here. Beautiful location and appliances. Very friendly approachable staff. Loving the views and architecture so far and everything is walking distance.
