Deerfield Place

I have lived here since 2018, and there is not enough stars to rate this community appropriately. The Property Manager Erica, is professional, responsive, proactive, capable, and very caring....which are simply just few adjectives I'd use to describe her. She goes above and beyond for her residents and it shows. Madison, who also works in the office is always pleasant and does a great job hosting the community events. Maintenance also responds very quickly to maintenance requests and are all… lovely gentleman. We are all very fortunate to have them looking after our community. What they bring to the table, aside from their knowledge and skills is genuine care for the residents here and community upkeep, which you simply won't find anywhere else. Living at Deerfield Place has been a very enjoyable experience. I have felt comfortable and safe. My apartment was cozy and I always felt at home here. The staff was attentive and helpful.

I have been a resident for 2 1/2 years. It has been a very positive experience. Staff are friendly and an minor issues I have had have been taken care of quickly and professionally.
I appreciate having the fitness center and the various social activities.

Deerfield place is an amazing place to stay. The apartments are well maintained and work orders are handled efficiently. The management offers great amenities at the clubhouse and organizes enjoyable events. Overall I am very satisfied with the facilities provided at Deerfield Place.
