Canal Walk Apartments

1) Was showed an apartment with He washer and dryer and was given one with cheap apartment size washer and dryer, complained about it and nothing was done. 2) Fan on furnace kicked on every 15 minutes and would blow in your face. Contacted the guy in charge , tried to fix it but couldn’t. 3)Every time we would cook , the smoke alarms would go off. 4)There was a water leak under the kitchen sink, the maintenance guy fixed it and blamed us. We must have hit the cheap plastic trap. 5) I had to dig... out our complex during the December 2022 snow storm with a dustpan. The maintenance guys jeep with a plow is a bit to small to plow such a large lot. 6) There are only 2 dumpsters for 42 apartments. They were always overflowing with animals eating it. They had no place to put your recyclables. 7) Any type of concern with our apartment, it would take days to get an answer. 8) Was told by the maintenance guy that we could put tv mounts on the wall, but wasn’t told we would be charged to repair the screw holes. 9) The appliances , cabinets , flooring , were very inexpensive not luxury at all. The dishwasher came loose from the countertop after the first month. The maintenance guy and manager just want your money. No concern for the well being of their tenants. When we moved in, we had to clean the apartment, when we moved out we cleaned it but was charged a cleaning fee of $400. Read More
