How Is This Rating Determined?

Not a good experience

I do not live in these apartments, although I expressed interest in them. I was trying to set up a time to tour the apartments. I was told that the office is only open Monday-Friday 8:30-5 because thats the only time they work. I made it known that I was very interested in these apartments, but I work until 5pm Monday-Friday, and I didn't want to have to exclude these from my apartment search due to not being able to view them, and wondering if I could make an appointment for 5pm on a Friday,... since I get out of work a little earlier. The man I was emailing with rudely responded saying the latest we can do a tour on a Friday is 4:15pm. I then restated my interest and asked if there was any possible way to get a tour on a Saturday. I was rudely responded to again, and he said" We do not work weekends, as stated previously. Only Monday-Friday 8:30-5." So rude and super upset by this service, as I would be a potential paying resident.

Fairway apartments

The Fairway apartments are located on a very quiet extension and the view out the large front windows is of the trees in beautiful Brighton park and a golf course. This tranquil setting is also ideally located in close proximity to grocery stores, shopping malls, retail stores, restaurants, and schools. The apartments feature an open layout connecting a large kitchen to a spacious living room. The apartments are well maintained, and any needed repairs are handled promptly and properly.
