Kim has done an outstanding job as manager. She was wonderful at handling my problems immediately. I was very impressed. Chris does a great job at handling my work orders. I was very happy!!!! They have a great team here!

A great new home !

I moved into my apartment Fall 2020 and have been loving it so far. Kim and maintenance are so helpful when needed! I’m so happy I chose to live at Sheridan Drive apartments!

Peace at last.

I moved into the Sheridan Drive apartments on 09/03/2016 and I have to say I am very pleased with my decision to move into these apartments. I recently went through a divorce and had to sell my home- I was vexed over the need to find somewhere clean, safe, quiet and pet friendly for my little pom. I found all I was looking for and more at the Sheridan Drive apartments. The residents are active like myself- we go to work, you see us walking our dogs, we greet one another and respect each... others privacy. It is truly a community that I adore.
The manager Sandy R. was a huge part of my decision making she was there with me every step of the way and when I have questions I get a response in minutes. The property is very well kept and at night when I need peace and quiet after a long day, I find it right at home... my home, Sheridan Drive apartments.

DONT LIVE HERE

They have a really bad Rat infestation!! they run around the parking lot at night. i've seen rats by the bushes near the entrance & at the dumpster outside. At night you can hear the rats scratching through the walls trying ti get in. We moved simply because of this reason. I have a 8 month old baby and i swear if a rat would've made his way into my apartment and touched me or my son I would've sued. point blank.
