The worst place i have ever lived at, they do not care anything but having as much people as they can, college kids running around the hallways at 3am, yelling, laughing at any time after 12am, turn on the heat when they want even if is winter, have to open the windows at night even if is cold because smells like weed every 2 days, when you go to the person they have as an in house manager she will tell you to call the police instead, to get your business they will say it is the nicer and the... most peaceful place around, they don't respect their own rules the only thing not allowed is complain, really regret doing business with this people i wont be surprise when i don't get my deposit back at the end of the lease, the real rate i give them is -5.
