My husband, daughter and I have been living here for a few years now and have loved it. I honestly can’t say enough about the people that own the complex and Webster properties in general. In the three years, we’ve maybe had two issues with things needing to be fixed and management was really good about fixing any issues and you’re never stuck waiting for a reply for more than a few hours. The owner himself will frequently check in to see how things are going and is always willing to help in any... way. They take pride in their properties and it shows. The apartments themselves are a good size and have really good fixtures (better than the typical complex). Both bedrooms come with a TON of closet space and are really decently sized, especially for an apartment. We have a queen, big dresser, night stand and jewelry box and aren’t feeling claustrophobic. A cleaning crew comes out once a week to clean all common areas and are quick and quiet about it. The apartments come with either a deck or patio on the main floor and we lucked out with the best deck overlooking a gorgeous creek. There’s a huge back yard and small side yards for ground floor. Laundry situation is good — 2 washers/2 dryers for each building of 8 apartments. There have been only a few occcasions that I’ve had to wait a bit for someone else but for the most part, never an issue. This is the chelwat place that I’ve lived for laundry too — $1.25 for each machine. There’s storage in basement which is included and is good size — probably about 4ft by 8ft. The only somewhat con is parking — each apartment gets 2 spaces so If someome has guests over, it can be a little tricky but overall, that’s my only complaint. We’d stay here forever if we could!
