My fiancé & I never have had such tentative owners/or management team, so to finally come move here & to have that now has been a life changer !
Linda was beyond helpful with the whole entire move in process & answered every question concern & or timeline we had . She made our move welcoming with such a smooth transition . We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better outcome !!

To start, Linda in the office was such a sweet and personable lady. She helped us from start to finish and was always there if we needed anything. And was truly such a blessing. You could tell she truly cared about the residents! all of the maintenance staff were also super sweet and everyone was on top of any issues that arose. We lived in our apartment for a year and truthfully we’ll miss it. Highly recommend this complex and everyone that works there are such great people.

I relocated for work to 108 Fairfax Row, Waterford, NY. From my initial visit to the main office, Linda has been exceptionally helpful throughout the leasing process, my move-in, and any maintenance needs. Additionally, I have enjoyed wonderful neighbors and, most importantly, a sense of peace during my 2.5 years there. The property features a beautifully maintained lawn and a conveniently accessible pool, contributing to a trouble-free living experience. My move out was solely due to job... relocation.

After five years, they took away our access to storage on the complex. We had our bikes and our camping equipment in storage and we were able to use it for five years. Then after we re-signed our lease for a year, they said that we hadn’t no longer access to the storage locations. We now have to find a separate location to rent. They absolutely pulled the rug out from under us. It was not OK. Really felt like a dirty move.

We needed to find an apartment with a week’s notice in May 2019 and Claire was extremely nice and helpful with our last minute move. The complex is safe, clean, and comfortable, and all of the grass was great for our dog. The neighborhood behind the complex is great for walking a dog or biking, and there is a playground in that neighborhood about a 15 minute walk away. Maintenance always came very quickly when we had an issue, sometimes within 20 minutes of us calling. Overall, we had a great... experience living at Strawberry Ridge and moved because we were looking for some amenities that Strawberry Ridge doesn’t offer.

There were a few negatives about the complex, although minor. The apartments do not have in-unit laundry, but there are 2 laundry rooms in each part of the complex. The laundry rooms do not have coin machines, though, and the driers required multiple cycles to fully dry our clothes. Because of this, we ended up going to a nearby laundromat most of the time. We also had consistent problems with our dishwasher not draining properly, which maintenance tried to fix but was unable to. We ended up hand washing our dishes for the last couple of months of our lease. In our unit, the bedroom closet also had the furnace/water heater. This took up about half of our closet space and was extremely loud. The first few nights we would wake up every time it turned on. It also made our room extremely hot and dry, to the point that we slept with a fan on year round, which drove up our energy bill.

I would recommend Strawberry Ridge to anybody that is looking for an affordable apartment that is clean and in a very safe area. Read More
