Erica being the most welcoming, compassionate, understanding, and a respectable lady with your best interest in mind. She manages the lay of the land at The Apartments at Madison Barracks. She... worked with us, her charisma was contagious. She treated us as people. Respectful. Honesty. Care. And so fourth. I have moved many times in my life and have yet to meet anyone like Erica. She showed us the area and the apartment with such creativity and optimism. She made it feel like a home before it became one. She helped envision the possibilities of what this place can transform into. Not often do i come across a rare opportunity like this. But when I do, I take it. The rooms are enormous. Its clean, its vibrant. A lot of natural lighting. Breath taking views with every turn you make in your home. Large window sills for your favorite plants or an elderly cat to fall asleep on. Beautiful flooring, spacious dining room and historic cabinetry in the kitchen. As you step out into the front yard you step into a world of peace. Lake view with the sound of wind blowing through the tree branches. The waving neighbors as they walk by. This is the closest to the American Dream I have ever been to. Every day is surreal. My only problem is that the walls are thin. Other than that, maintenance is quick to respond, Erika is super nice and helpful and the area is close to many great restaurants and shops. Very scenic walking trails and the neighborhood is safe. There is a laundromat within walking distance that now accepts credit cards and mobile pay.
