This is a historic two family brick house built around 1920. We did a complete renovation, but preserved and restored the architectural details which make these houses special. It was definitely a labor of love!
The downstairs unit, with two separate entrances, is yours. There's a mud room, dining nook and 3 bedrooms, one of which serves as an office and Peloton room. The main bedroom is private, spacious and serene with blackout shades on the large windows. The smaller bedroom is calm and cozy, with a four-poster double bed; the third - with Peloton and desk - could be converted back to a bedroom. The living room is spacious, with two large windows and a 55in smart TV. Two cozy sofas with plenty of pillows and throws makes it ideal for relaxing, reading and entertaining.
The kitchen is open, and has ample counters and cabinets. Then there's a dining nook - bigger than a nook actually - off the living room. Also, there's a washer and dryer in the mudroom.
The brand new bathroom came out beautifully, but still is in character with the house.
