Great experience living at Heritage Park Apartments.
I've lived at Heritage Park for 9 years now. It's a beautiful, tranquil environment. Everything you need in terms of shopping is within 5 minutes. Maintenance has always addressed concerns in a timely fashion. Definitely a nice place to live. I would absolutely recommend Heritage Park Apartments to family and friends.

Great Townhome!
The townhouse is roomy and very sound proof. It gives the feel of a private home. Maintenance has always been quick to resolve any problems.

Renter at Heritage Park Apartments
Heritage Park is in a beautiful park like setting, very well landscaped and maintained. The apartments are an open floor plan and very spacious, with lot's of storage. I have lived here for over 3 years, and would highly recommend it, the neighbors are great.

Amazing Apartments and Office Team
I had to jump on and write a review about Rachel and the team at Heritage Park. The Wind Storm that just blew through Rochester wreaked havoc in the complex I was living in and made my apartment unlivable because of the destruction. As I was scrambling around trying to find a home for me and my fiance, Rachel consistently was reaching back out to try and help me move in faster. The Apartments at Heritage are spacious and absolutely gorgeous. I could not thank this team enough for helping me... find something so quickly and being so responsive. Do yourself a favor and give Heritage a shot. You will not be disappointed!

Great Place!
Pleasantly quiet neighbors, the maintenance and office help is on point, great location in town. Being able to not hear any traffic and so close to a main road is hard to find at such an affordable price in this town these days. If anyone gets in, never leave, you wont regret it!
