It’s been a pleasure to work with Lila. She was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and helped us in the decision to pick the right apartment. Lila was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process.

Ray was very friendly and on top of everything and made sure all the keys worked. He was very knowledgeable on all things 130’West!

Awesome love the place so far.Our leasing agent was accommodating and has a pleasant demeanor.Staff is excellent, Ray and Chris are a wonderful combination to fix anything with a great sense of humor with their excellent work ethic.

I’d rate my apartment community 5 out of 5 stars. The grounds are well-maintained, and the amenities like the gym and common areas are clean and rarely overcrowded. Maintenance requests are usually handled promptly, which is a big plus. The neighborhood feels safe and is conveniently located near shops and public transportation. On the downside, visiting parking can sometimes be limited, and noise from nearby units occasionally carries through the walls. It is a real joy to live at West 130, the staff is very caring. They keep the common areas very nice and tidy. If you have a maintenance problem they resolve it very quickly

I recently moved into West 130 and have had a wonderful experience so far. The entire process was smooth, and Diana was incredibly helpful throughout my application and move-in. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything feel easy from start to finish.

Since moving in, I’ve really been enjoying the community and the amenities. I especially love having access to the gym. I’ve actually been using it every day, which has been a huge plus. The building itself is well maintained, and I... feel very safe and comfortable living here, which was really important to me when choosing a new place to live.
I’m also really looking forward to the pool opening this season, it’s going to be such a great addition during the warmer months.
