A Complete Waste of Time and Money
Our experience was very disappointing. We applied for a two-bedroom apartment because that’s the one we wanted. Before we applied, the supervisor, who said she has worked there for 30 years, assured us it was available. Later, when we asked how long the approval process would take, she claimed she didn’t even know how the application process worked. Shortly after, she admitted that someone else was already ready to sign the lease and pay the deposit for that same apartment.
The lack of honesty... and transparency was very frustrating. Instead of telling us the truth from the beginning, she kept pushing us to rent a different apartment that we didn’t want. After we expressed our concerns, our application was denied. This was an unprofessional experience and a complete waste of our time and application fee.
