Terrible building

New management company Lisa management is terrible
They don’t fix anything and building is always dirty
Broken elevators constantly
Hot water is always down , heat never works
Ac in the middle of the summer breaks down for several days
Tenants would be complaining all day in the front desk
Elevator always getting repaired and forces you to take the stairs
Cheap renovations don’t get fooled
Look elsewhere terrible building to move to
Ownership should do better
Also most 5 star reviews are not… honest or genuine, the old management company offered gift cards for 5 star reviews don’t be fooled , I never made it because I didn’t have anything nice to say

Great apartments

Moved into this apartment complex summer of 2023 it has been great. Great community, great neighbors. Management and maintenance are available when needed and easily accessible if items are broken. No need to worry about stolen packages or missing items as there are friendly concierge at the front that's there to help as well. The apartments are spacious, walk in closet that are a plus and a hard to find in NYC and lots of kitchen counter top space, and there are some upgrades coming soon. LIke… I said great community and you won't be disappointed!

Move in July 2023, apartments are spacious, and community is quiet. Great neighbors as well as management and maintenance. Management office always available to meet with residents.

Quality Spacious Living with New Upgrades

I had been searching for the perfect apartment with the ample amount of space I needed! After many tours within all the communities along the waterfront (which I thought was my ideal preference) I requested to view a unit within 66 Main Lofts. As soon as I saw the unit I knew this was it (I never looked at another unit) Open floor plan, Two huge walk in closets (and I do mean huge) No other complex in the area offers this, I've seen them all. Huge windows and brand new floors following an… updated assessment! Which Carlos from management had no problem coming in to agree was much needed even after I had been moved in for over 4 months.

From the beginning the leasing process was smooth, professional and Carlos from management is very thoughtful whenever you are transparent and communicate so that he may access your needs as best he can. The on-site maintenance team has always been helpful and responsive throughout my time here. The building is well-maintained and might I add all the amazing "major" upgrades throughout the entire building (paint, carpets, hardwood floors, recreational services) that's taking place now. We are getting every bang for our buck! We are like the new improved kids on the block!!! And I must say I enjoy my stay at 66 Main.
