Previous Owner of Hudson View
I use to own an apartment at Hudson view, I sold February 2023 Parking can be difficult if you park on the streets and there is a wait list for on sight parking. As far as the apartments needing to be renovated that is true some of them do but Hudson view is a cooperative so it would be up to the individual owner to do renovations if needed not Hudson view. My suggestion look and make sure you are happy with the condition before you sign the lease. I can say in the 20 years that I owned and... lived there I always felt safe coming home at anytime during the night. And the super who lives on site is very responsive. I moved because I needed a bigger place no other reason.

Terrible Parking
No parking available for new renter.
The apartments are very outed dated, and not taking care of. Needs to be renovated.
