How Is This Rating Determined?

Owner not professional

The owner of this property does not like to do maintenance. He has tenants do the work and then when you move out he tries to charge you for cleaning even if you clean and repair. Does not do street maintenance in winter so if theres snow you will have to walk to your apartment if the hill is icy. Any maintenance that has to be done by outside contractors is charged to tenant by owner.
