Channelwood-NOT live here

I've lived in Channelwood for about 2 years and I honestly would not recommend moving to this place. Some of the people who work in the office are very rude, including the manager. Communication is not a strong point for some of the ladies working in the office. The parking lots and stairwells are always dirty. Tenants leave dirty diapers and other trash on the stairwells and the sidewalk. The playgrounds for the children are old and practically falling apart. I strongly advise to spend your... money elsewhere.
