Absolute Hell

Summit Fridge is one of the worst places you could ever choose to live.
Roaches, Bedbugs, no Heat or Hot Water for weeks, 3 years running, and good luck trying to get maintenance to repair anything in a timely manner as the staff excels at gaslighting the tenants.
Wait! but there's More!
Rent now and you could receive unlimited passive aggressive notes delivered straight to your door, and if you don't mind people entering your overpriced and dilapidated hovel, complete with its own unique black… mold smell from the leaky roof, then this is THE place for you!

Please do not come here

If you care about anything other than price, you will not move here. There are roaches and bedbugs, they take days to shovel sidewalks if they do it at all, our trash has not been taken out for a week, we haven't had hot water for almost a week in the dead of winter, the office never answers calls. This place is genuinely disgusting. There are stains absolutely everywhere, people don't pick up their pets' waste. You 100% will see cockroaches and bedbugs if you move here, it is not a maybe.… Please reconsider and just go somewhere else

Since the time of this review,… significant changes have been made at our community. We have added two additional members to our office team, which has greatly improved our ability to respond to calls, emails, and resident concerns. We have also rebuilt nearly our entire maintenance team, allowing us to place a much stronger focus on work orders, preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and overall property conditions.

Pest concerns are also addressed through our professional pest control provider, and we encourage residents to report any concerns directly to management so they can be properly documented, inspected, and treated as needed.

We recognize that improvements are not measured by what we say, but by what residents and visitors experience. Our current team is committed to continuing the progress being made throughout Summit Ridge and providing the level of service our residents should expect.

We lived there for a year. It was very dirty, and the corridors smelled awful. There was no hot water or heating for several days. The building was infested with cockroaches. They didn't return our security deposit, even though they said they would return it in six months.

Since the time of your residency,… significant changes have been made at Summit Ridge. We have expanded our office team and rebuilt nearly our entire maintenance staff, allowing us to place a much stronger focus on resident communication, work orders, preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and overall property conditions. We also continue to work with professional pest control providers to address reported concerns.

Common areas were gross

Lived here in 2021, the unit itself was decent and the women that used to work there were amazing, however there was always this yellow stuff that would leak from the ceilings and walls in the bathroom every time I showered.

The trash room, and stair wells were always disgusting and the hallway carpets were never really properly cleaned often.

They advertise community rooms, and fire pits, but the fire pit never worked cause they lost the remote to start it up and never bothered to do anything… about it and the community rooms have been closed off since covid started and according to friends that still live there, have never been reopened.

There is broken/missing tiles, major staining, and dead lights in the hallways, there is always at least one elevator broken at all times.

For almost the entire month of November 2025 they had absolutely no hot water and when they finally got it back it wasn't even hot enough to shower with until around Christmas. They were only given $75 off rent after a month of no hot water in the middle of winter.

I would highly recommend avoiding this place until/if they ever get their act together. It has been slipping for a long time an almost nothing has changed.
