I’ve lived in this apartment complex for several months now and have lived in several apartments over the years in both Florida and Ohio. I must say, this is the best complex I’ve lived in for a variety of reasons! One being location to everything, sporting events, restaurants, arts, museums, shopping, beaches, etc. However, the best part is the people.! The staff, neighbors and community are truly the best. After living in Florida for 4 years, I learned Midwestern’s truly are kind, caring... people who go out their way to help you and this is what makes living here such a wonderful place. The property is always clean, maintenance is always responsive and all issues are always addressed immediately. As for my apartment, my friends & family have all told me it’s the best apartment I have been in because it’s so warm and inviting and I feel that every day. Couldn’t believe i was able to find such a historic, unique, and luxury level apartment like this. The units are amazing and the rent is more than reasonable. The amenities are great and useful. Best deal in downtown cleveland for sure!

Yesterday me and my partner toured the apartment and absolutely fell in love. Our tour guide/ the leasing manager Deborah Elsamny was absolutely incredible really friendly and was ready to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be applying!

It is a really quiet apartment building which is rare in downtown area. The apartment itself is nice as well. The managers Deborah and Diana are very professional and friendly.
