Incredible staff and seamless move-in

I’ve been living here for a few weeks now, and I’ve been loving it so far! I highly recommend the District at Ashland if you are looking for a beautiful community, safe environment, and a dedicated management team that genuinely cares about its residents.

The Perfect Place !!

Everything here is incredible - office staff, maintenance, neighbors, amenities….everything! Beautiful, quiet place so perfectly located for quick & easy commutes !

Highly recommend The District of Ashland

Highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a new place to call home! Beautiful landscaping, great location , amenities and a very friendly attentive personable staff. Blake and Becca were absolutely amazing and helpful assisting with my move from Florida to Ashland. The maintenance manager Gary and his team Ethan are quick to respond and take care of any issues no matter how big or small!

Living here has been a really positive experience thanks to the amazing manager and staff. Everyone is respectful, approachable, and willing to help whenever needed. Maintenance issues are handled quickly, and the property is consistently kept looking nice and clean. The management team does a great job making residents feel valued and comfortable. I appreciate all the hard work they put into the community every day.

Perfect Fit

I have been at The District for 2months now and have no complaints! Community is friendly, my dog loves the dog park, plenty of areas to walk, high end finishes inside my apartment and we can't wait for the weather to warm up to go swimming. Outdoor spaces are clean and well maintained.
