Great living arrangement

I have lived at The Depot for a bit over 2 years now, has been a great experience, only issues I've ever had are with roommates. Ultimately raising prices drove me out, that being said, still a fairly cheap option and a great staff. Quick responses to maintenance problems and very communicative and active with their residents.

Wonderful staff

I have been here 2 years and can confirm that the staff does everything they can to help. Constantly cleaning and fixing problems. Definitely enjoyed my time here.

Amazing Maintenance Crew

Everytime something is in need of service or repair they always have somebody out there in a reasonable amount of time and they get the job done right the first time. I dont remember one guy's name who fixed our AC, but shout out to Tom who replaced the kitchen faucet. You cant beat the cost of living and service quality at this place! 100%

Comfortable

The apartments were very appealing with each room having its own arrangement. Charles Gegick was a great help. He answered all my questions and showed off the perks of the depot apartments. Charles, also, helped me better understand the rent and included fees.
