My Bedroom Ceiling Caved In
Started off as a tiny leak, called maintenance and was told it would get worse before it got better. A day later, there was a crack going across the bedroom ceiling and again that was leaking. A week later, the ceiling caved in, leaving a large gaping hole. Maintenance came several times saying that there was nothing they could do until the roofing was completed. Which he also stated that it took over 2 years to even start the process. Why wait so long to get the roof fixed? This type of issue… does not happen over night. Office staff also was very oblivious and careless to the concern of the ceiling. Reported it to property management with pictures and they ignored the concern. Would not recommend staying here.
