Great Place for the Price
Great apartment manager who always responds if I have an issue and a great value for what it is. It is an older place so there isn't much to do about certain things but its awesome to have a washer and dryer in my apartment so Laundromats are no longer an issue. (have to buy your own) Decent living space and friendly neighbors for the most part. Worth a look in a great area, best location, directly behind a Giant Eagle, In the same neighborhood-5 min drive of car wash, multiple banks, Walmart,... movie theater, Kmart, Marcs and Aldis! Not to mention a small Sears, BW3 Panera, Payless shoes.....the list goes on about this location!

caution
Outdated. Wallpaper seams are browning, trim loose around ceiling. Complaints about oven, heat/ac not working properly were ignored. Very high electricity cost. Parking lot in horrible condition. Lawn care and snow removal slow. But, a quiet community.
