They have gone to trash

This place is so overpriced and not worth it. Yes the staff is nice but the materials used in these buildings are subpar. They use cheap plastic for the water pipes so they burst easily. The spiders here run rampant. There isn’t enough space in the kitchen unless you are all alone and cooking for one. Moving in here was the worst decision I made and now they are increasing the rent. Please be warned. Had issues with all of my appliances. A pip burst and flooded most of the first floor. Our ac... unit when out several times. Our plumbing got back up because it’s connected to another unit that had an issue. And this is all in the first year. The towel racks in the bathroom are put together pretty badly and came apart. My stove stopped working. This is all within a year.

Staff Very Helpful!!!

Moving in 12/22/2018 into 2BR/2BA with loft. Despite my current landlord changing our move out date twice, Frank, Josh and Kathy made our application process less stressful. Thanks guys for an easy transition. We're very excited to move into our new apartment at Village Of Avon!!!
