MISMANAGEMENT, MICE, AND MOLD
when we were showed an apartment it was one of the nice updated ones. I paid my deposit for THAT kind of apartment (a 2 bed) they then randomly switch us to a non updated 1 bed WITHOUT telling me. I had to find out by going on the website to track my application. I tell them multiple times hey "I need the 2 bed" and they keep putting me in a 2 bed and then back into a 1 bed until there are NO MORE APARTMENTS of the type I PAID a deposit for! they end up putting us in an unupdated 2 bed about a... week or two before move in. not only that but the dishwasher is MOLDY on move in day!! in our apartment and they just ran it with bleach and said "yeah you'll have to do that sometimes but we'll replace it :)" they have not replaced it and I have also NEVER had to bleach a dishwasher EVER. it also holds water in there and REEKS no matter what we do. it's foul. theres cracks and small holes In the walls and ceilings and there are SILVERFISH despite our room not being humid. I've had almost nothing but issues with maintenance and the management. there is a CARVING in our bathroom shower wall and they said MONTHS AGO that maintenance would come fix it. newsflash! I haven't gotten 1. the new dishwasher 2. about 2/3rds of the requested maintenance done and 3. I STILL HAVE WORDS CARVED IN MY SHOWER WALL. I didnt get my mail key until almost TWO MONTHS IN and they apparently only charged one of my two cats (that were listed properly on the application btw) and randomly tacked on the pet fee. one of my cats caught a mouse TODAY!!! ALL of the doors have at least an inch between the bottom of the door and the floor INCLUDING the front door to the apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE. we have only been here for two months and we desperately want to move. I actually cried after touring the apartment for the first time.
